1Every coin you see on our website is exactly the piece you will receive, with no editing that alters its appearance. The only exception is investment silver bullion coins, whose photos are indicative.

2All coins offered for sale are 100% authentic and guaranteed by our shop. We do not sell copies. Investment silver bullion coins come from sealed mint packaging; any small marks or milk spots originate from minting and are not considered defects.

3We are happy to answer any question you may have by phone or email.

4The company accepts no liability if a shipment is lost or stolen by the postal service, or if the parcel is damaged in transit.

5We accept the following payment methods: debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, bank transfer and cash on delivery (Greece only).

6Customers must be over 18 years of age.

7Once the order has been handed to the postal service or courier and a unique tracking number has been issued, the risk for the products passes to the customer.

8The customer bears the risk of damage to or loss of the parcel. In case of damage in transit or loss of the parcel, all customer claims must be addressed to the carrier.

9All prices are in euro and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

10Prices do not include customs duties, levies or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

11The customer is responsible for any customs duty, levy or charge imposed by law in the destination country.

12You may cancel your order or return the products within 14 calendar days. Products must be in their original condition; in particular, proof coins and coins with special finishes must be returned with the capsule unopened and the coin untouched by bare hands.

13Liability of numismaniac.gr: numismaniac.gr is not liable for defects or poor quality of the products it supplies. Investment silver bullion coins come from sealed mint packaging; any small marks or milk spots originate from minting and are not considered defects. If a product is nevertheless proven to be defective, you may return it in its original packaging within 10 days for a replacement or a refund — except for silver or gold coins, which are excluded under Ministerial Decision 5338/2018: Codification of Law 2251/1994 (A΄ 191), Article 3ιβ, paragraph b.
